We upload a small amount of items to our online store every week, but the majority of our inventory is in-store! Come by to check it out sometime!

Returns

  • All sales are final sales

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges

  • Feel free to ask questions, request measurements, etc. before purchasing. If your online purchase does not fit you, it is not eligible for return

In-store pick-up

  • Your order will be processed immediately and you can pick it up at Red Pony during our store hours

Shipping

  • Parcels are shipped Tues-Fri

  • We offer $15 flat rate shipping to anywhere in Canada

  • We offer $25 flat rate shipping to the US

  • Please contact us if you live outside of these areas and absolutely want-need-musthave something!

Delivery

  • We offer $10 flat rate delivery within Edmonton

  • Deliveries may take up to one week

  • We offer e-gift cards redeemable online as well as physical gift cards redeemable in-store available for any denomination
