Red Pony Consignor Agreement

  1. The consignment contract period is 12 weeks.

    1.1 Payment will be made by cheque at the end of the consignment contract period.

    1.2 Credit on account can be used at any time during or after the contract for 10% off Red Pony purchases.

  2. Consignor will receive 40% of the final selling price of each item.

  3. All prices are determined by Red Pony.

    3.1 Items may be discounted at any time during the contract for the purposes of sales, promos, discounts etc. The consignor will receive 40% of the final selling price of each item.

    3.2 Only when advantageous to the consignor, Red Pony may sell through third-party vendors. Consignor will receive 40% of the final returns from the third party once fees have been deducted.

  4. Items may be removed from the sales floor at any time.

  5. Red Pony does not authenticate. This may be reflected in the selling price of luxury goods.

  6. There is a $1 per item steaming charge for wrinkled items.

    6.1 The steaming fee will be deducted from payout at the end of contract.

  7. Red Pony is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

    7.1 Damaged items will be returned at the end of contract

  8. The contract may be extended. Red Pony will contact the consignor in the case of extension with a new end date.

  9. Unsold items are returned at the end of contract.

    9.1 Unsold items will be held at Red Pony for 1 week after the end of contract.

    9.2 Unsold items not picked up after 1 week become property of Red Pony.

  10. Red Pony will not contact the consignor at the end of the contract. Please note your contract end date.

  11. Cheques will be held for 6 months after the contract end date. Cheques not picked up after 6 months will be void.
